Tracking — FAQ
Which number do I search with?
Either your JSA shipment number (SHP-…) or the China courier number from the seller — both lead to the same timeline.
The status has not moved for days — is that normal?
Sea freight is quiet between departure and arrival. The timeline only moves on real operational events — loading, sailing, arrival, clearance — it does not tick along on its own.
What does "customs released" mean?
It means customs has released the shipment and it moves on to delivery. We do not promise a fixed clearance time; inspection and document requirements can extend it.
Will I be notified automatically?
Yes — arrival at the warehouse, departure, ETA changes, customs release and delivery each push a notification to your account.
Can I see photos of my parcel?
Warehouse photos taken at receiving are attached to the shipment record in your account, alongside the weight and dimensions.
