Air charging
Chargeable weight = max(actual, L×W×H ÷ divisor)
The divisor is set per lane. Actual, volumetric and chargeable weight are all shown before payment, and a per-shipment minimum charge applies.
Sea charging
m³ = L × W × H × quantity ÷ 1,000,000
Charged on the volume measured at the warehouse, with the rounding rules, minimum billable volume and heavy-cargo rules that apply to the lane.
Estimates — FAQ
Is the calculator price final?
It is an estimate. The final charge follows the weight and dimensions measured at the warehouse and the rates in force when you order — any difference is shown and confirmed before payment.
Why is the chargeable weight higher than the scale weight?
Light, bulky loads are charged on volumetric weight (L×W×H ÷ divisor). All three numbers are shown — you never get just one figure.
How is sensitive cargo priced?
Pick "sensitive" and it prices at sensitive-cargo rates — batteries, liquids, cosmetics and food move on dedicated lines.
How do I enter several cartons?
For identical cartons just change the quantity. For mixed sizes, calculate each separately and add them up — or sign up and declare each parcel, and the warehouse measures and bills them together.
