Include these when you write
Your reference code (JSA…), shipment number (SHP-…) or the China courier number. For a quote, add carton dimensions, weight, type of goods and destination. With that in hand, most questions are answered in one reply.
Before you write — quick answers
Where is my parcel?
Start on the tracking page with your SHP shipment number or courier number — every scan, leg and delivery is on the timeline, updated on real operational events.
How much will shipping cost?
The calculator gives an instant estimate from your carton size and weight, with air and sea side by side. Larger business volumes can request an individual quote.
My parcel arrived but is not in my account
Receiving takes some processing time on the day. If it still does not appear, check that the seller wrote your reference code in full — parcels without it go through an unidentified-goods process and take longer to match.
Can I visit the office?
Our Malaysian office is in the Desa Senadin industrial estate in Miri, Sarawak — please contact us to arrange a time. The warehouse receiving area is a working environment and is not open to visitors.
