AAbout JSA Borneo

Modern freight, built around one lane.

We run a single corridor and run it properly: from our Guangzhou warehouse to doorsteps across West Malaysia, Sarawak and Sabah — every parcel weighed, photographed and traceable end to end.

Why one lane beats fifty

Cross-border freight is won and lost in the details: a parcel with no reference code, a battery that cannot fly, a mismeasured cubic metre, a missing clearance document. Focusing on one corridor lets us build both the operation and the software around exactly those details.

We do not claim to be the biggest. We aim to be specialised enough that you would trust us with RM20,000 of trade stock — and still find it easy to track one small Taobao parcel.

About us — FAQ

Is JSA a courier or a freight forwarder?

A consolidation and freight platform: we run the China receiving warehouse, consolidation, air and sea booking, clearance coordination and last-mile delivery in Malaysia — plus our own tracking system.

Do you clear customs yourselves?

We provide clearance assistance and arrangement — collecting documents, following up on status and coordinating with licensed clearance agents. We are not customs, and we never promise a clearance outcome.

Can businesses negotiate contract rates?

Yes — regular shippers, distributors and bulk importers can request individual rates and arrangements through the business channel.
