How charging works

Air charging

Chargeable weight = max(actual, L×W×H ÷ 6,000)

Actual, volumetric and chargeable weight are all shown before payment; heavier shipments fall into lower unit-price tiers.

Sea charging

m³ = L × W × H ÷ 1,000,000

Charged on the volume measured at the warehouse; larger volumes get lower unit prices, so consolidating small parcels pays off.

General / sensitiveis decided by the warehouse inspection; RM / ¥ can be switched any time — CNY converts at the live rate plus a margin, locked for 24 hours at payment.

Important notice

Cargo categories shown on this platform (General / Sensitive) are used for freight arrangement, warehouse handling and pricing. They do not constitute official Malaysian Customs tariff classification, HS Code determination, import permit approval, or a guarantee of customs clearance. Actual import requirements, duty, taxes, permits and clearance outcomes are determined by the relevant laws, government authorities and customs review. Transit times are estimates, not delivery promises.

Pricing — FAQ

Why are some items "estimated" or "at cost"?

Anything we control is either included or priced openly. Costs set by third parties (duty, taxes, permits, inspections) are itemised as they occur — never bundled into a total to hide them.

When are the official rates published?

They are being finalised. Until then the calculator gives clearly labelled sample estimates, and business cargo can request an individual quote.

Do all customers pay the same price?

There are price tiers (public, member, merchant, business, agent). Your account always shows the price that applies to you.

Can the price change after payment?

No — the invoiced amount is locked once paid. If the warehouse measurement differs from your estimate, the difference is shown and re-confirmed before you order.

Does paying in RMB cost extra?

The rate is locked at payment and printed on the invoice; any settlement arrangement is shown before you confirm — nothing is marked up quietly.
